MANAGEMENT

	Dr Lavinia Proctor, Chief Operating Officer   Lavinia joined Replikun in September 2006 following a senior development post with the unlisted Australian biotechnology company, Promics Ltd. Dr Proctor is responsible for managing Replikun's operational activities including product development, intellectual property management and co-ordination of the company’s relationships with contract manufacturers, granting bodies and regulatory authorities. She holds a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Queensland, has co-authored eleven peer-reviewed international publications and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Applied Law.
	Dr. Nicholas Samaras, Executive Chairman Nick has over 20 years’ experience in the global life sciences industry. Most recently, Nick has been consulting to venture capital firms, investors, banks and global biotechnology companies through his firm Australis Biosciences. He holds a PhD from the Walter & Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research, University of Melbourne and an MBA from RMIT University. Nick is also Chairman of Teeleostin Ltd., CEO of MuriGen Therapeutics and a member of the NHMRC Research Committee 2006-9.
	Mr. Stephen Robinson, Executive Director Stephen is Executive Director of Start-up Australia, a leading Australian biotechnology venture capital firm and lead investor in Replikun. Stephen is also a director of Mimetica Pty Ltd and Protagonist Pty Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with merit from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is an associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants.
