HIV Vaccine (RPK-8219)

Replikun's HIV vaccine candidate has shown excellent efficacy in pre-clinical testing.

The vaccine comprises a Kunjin replicon expressing HIV-1-gag, delivered as a VLP or DNA.  Both modalities induced potent gag-specific CD8+ T cells in mice.  Furthermore, CD8+ T cell responses to vaccination appeared to be long lived, providing protection from challenge for up to 10 months post-immunisation. more

Cancer Immunotherapy (RPK-739)

RPK-739 is a product for the oncology market, comprising a Kunjin replicon expressing granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GMCSF).  In preclinical studies, intratumoral injections of RPK-739 VLPs have demonstrated promising anti-tumour activity in several murine tumour models. more

Other Development Programs

Preliminary work conducted to date has exemplified the use of the Kunjin replicon technology for the expression of a range of viral proteins and cytokines. These Kunjin replicon-based contructs form the basis of new vaccine development programs for infectious disease and cancer applications. more
